How to Participate in an MSTC Vehicle Auction
MSTC conducts online auctions for different types of assets, including vehicle auctions. The exact requirements can vary by the auction, so always read the specific auction notice and buyer terms before bidding.
1. Find the Vehicle Auction
Go to the official MSTC e-auction portal and look for the relevant vehicle auction. Check:
- Vehicle details
- Reserve price
- Auction date and time
- Inspection schedule
- EMD requirements
- Seller/bank details
- Auction terms
2. Register as a Buyer
If you are a new bidder, use New Registration → Buyer/Bidder. MSTC's current registration process uses email and mobile OTP verification, followed by the registration form and required document uploads.
3. Complete Your KYC
Enter your required personal/business details and upload the documents requested for that particular auction. Requirements can differ depending on the auction category.
4. Select the Vehicle Auction
After registration, log in and select the relevant auction. Carefully read the General Terms & Conditions and Buyer Specific Terms & Conditions before participating.
5. Pay the Required EMD
If the auction requires an Earnest Money Deposit, complete the payment according to the instructions in the auction notice. Only eligible/verified bidders who meet the auction's requirements can participate.
6. Inspect the Vehicle
If an inspection facility is provided, inspect the vehicle before bidding. Check the vehicle's condition, registration details, engine/chassis numbers and available documents.
7. Bid Online
On the scheduled date and time, log in to the MSTC auction floor and place your bid. Follow the bidding increments and auction rules specified for that particular sale.
Simple Process
Find Auction → Register → KYC → Read Terms → Pay EMD → Inspect Vehicle → Bid Online
Important: Don't rely only on the auction listing. The specific MSTC auction notice is the final reference for eligibility, EMD, inspection, payment and delivery conditions.
